In this role, Data Conversion Consultants are responsible for converting a) client employee demographic data and b) year to date pay elements for balances of W2 data. You will prepare, structure and import formatted data to the appropriate ADP product System of Record. Preferred Knowledge of: SQL, Monarch, or Industry Data conversion tools. You'll combine your analytic skills with your ability to convert complex data—consulting with customers to analyze data and build confidence to use our products with ease. You'll leverage our top-ranked training programs and world-class service guidelines, along with your business consulting expertise, to create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working in an implementation or business consulting environment
- At least 2 years of experience working in data conversion.
- Leverage strong client relationship skills including the ability to influence and guide the client to the best solution.
- Ability to recognize project risks and proactively partner with the team to document and mitigate.
- Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
- Experience noted above, OR
- Military Experience.

- You have highly-recognized professional certifications, such as: PMP, PHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, CBP, HCS.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
