Senior Industry Consultant - Construction ERP

SIS has immediate openings for Senior Industry Consultant - Construction. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide functional support and training services on customer projects and be the liaison between the customer and the technical team during the entire duration of the project execution. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Industry Consulting
- Executing Industry-focused SIS strategic goals
- Monitoring and tracking the market’s demands and opportunities for SIS strategic industries and focus
- Participating in Project delivery activities as Industry/Solutions architect
- Improving and contributing to SIS process inventory
- Monitoring and QA of implementation projects from Industry delivery quality perspective
- Product Roadmap
- Responsible for creating and improving SIS IP offering
- Defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
- Researching and analyzing market, users, and the roadmap for the product
- Collaborating with Product development department on planning and execution of build process
- Industry Training and Mentoring
- Ensuring strategic alignment of the Industry training with business goals
- Responsible for Industry-related skill management program staff training
- Process Mapping in the following areas related to the Construction Industry
- Billing, Estimating, Bidding, Budgeting, Equipment & Labor, Time & Materials
- Revenue Recognition, Scheduling & Forecasting, Month-end Closing
- Regulatory Issues: OCIP, Certified Payroll, Prevailing Wages, Unions & Safety
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of Project management and Accounting (Job Costing)
- Knowledge of Construction Operational/Financial processes
- Possesses a high degree of personal initiative
- Effective communications, presentation, organizational, and planning skills
- Effective interpersonal skills to work as a team member
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to handle moderately complex issues/engagements/projects
- Ability to address all issues within given area of expertise
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in the Construction Industry in Senior Finance or Operation Roles
- Experience guiding and managing ERP implementations
- Experience in AX 2012/D365FO
- Experience working for/with medium to large organizations
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or other equivalent experience.
