What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with US Navy customers to research system user profiles and analyze workflows and performance requirements
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and support the enhancement of existing features
- Design business processes and construct business process models based on stakeholder requirements
- Provide business and engineering expertise throughout the project lifecycle, leading project teams
- Conduct analysis to maximize user experience and support software test planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in IT systems, software development, or military manpower management
- Direct experience in the software development lifecycle with implementation experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. Secret security clearance
- Strong skills in data analysis and presentation, including graphic software such as PowerPoint and Visio
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with the United States Navy or as a Master Training Specialist (MTS)
- Familiarity with Liferay DXP or other enterprise portal solutions
- Technical degree in Information Technology (IT) or related field
- Experience with business process analysis and interface development
- Understanding of Agile Development principles
