Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Disposition Process: Oversee all phases of the asset disposition process, including marketing, pricing, negotiations, and final transfer.
- Strategic Marketing and Pricing: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and pricing plans to attract and secure buyers.
- Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Negotiate offers and terms to achieve favorable outcomes for the company and our clients.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with acquisitions and other internal teams to align on property values and market conditions.
- Ensure Legal Compliance: Oversee the preparation, review, and execution of all legal documentation to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with buyers, brokers, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends and competitive properties to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Pipeline Management: Track the disposition pipeline and provide regular updates to senior management.
