Zurich North America is hiring a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team! We are open to hiring talent in our Schaumburg Headquarters.
Key accountabilities:
- Completion of parent statutory yellow book
- Review of monthly combined yellow book results
- Annual Insurance Expense Exhibit filings for the pool group of entities
- Annual Expense exhibit for the statutory entities
- Analysis of monthly BU results
- Analysis of agents balances monthly results
- Special projects as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area
OR - High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area
OR - Completion of Zurich Finance Development Program, including a Bachelors Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area
OR - Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with 4 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area
AND - Experience with accounting and financial reporting, general ledger and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP experience
- Analysis for Office
- Stat Web software or Gain Compliance
- Blackline
- Business Objects
- Insurance industry experience
- Project management experience
- CPA, CPCU, CFA or CTP
- Strong Microsoft Office experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
