Job Title: Principal Market & Liquidity Risk Specialist (multiple openings)
Job Location: Riverwoods, Illinois
Job Type: Full Time
Duties: Oversees market risk management process, including assessing interest rate risk (IRR) measurement methodology and assumptions, yield curve constructs, and balance sheet positioning strategies to ensure regulatory compliance in line with firm’s IRR profile. Oversees liquidity risk management process, including assessing liquidity stress testing framework, contingency funding plan, cash flow projections, collateral management, and LCR/FR 2052a assumptions to ensure regulatory compliance in line with firm’s liquidity risk profile. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Engineering or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a liquidity risk or interest rate risk-related occupation.
Position Required Skills: Position requires experience in the following: Treasury / Finance functions including Asset Liability Management, Liquidity Risk and Funding Management, or related risk oversight functions; Interest rate risk sensitivity simulation models; Interest rate risk vendor applications such as QRM; Utilizing technologies including Oracle EPM and Microsoft Excel; Regulatory rules and supervisory guidance for liquidity and interest rate risk management.
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $122,762.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
