Responsibilities:
- Integrates enterprise and cloud applications with single sign-on platform using industry standard protocols and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
- Supports technical integration needs (design and development) that facilitate connectivity between SSO, directory, and provisioning tools.
- Works on the administration and enhancement of authentication policies
- Works on provisioning accounts and building and maintaining appropriate role-based access control to users across the organization
- Optimizes onboarding/off-boarding workflows.
- Designs and develops special IAM related projects
- Performs security and compliance audits.
- Studies developments in the IAM industry’s best practices and trends to analyze, design and implement enhancements to Zebra’s Identity & Access Management platform and architecture
- Provides solutions and recommendations to build and maintain auto-provisioning platforms.
- Implements and continuously improves a Zero Trust Identity First solution
- Utilizes broad experience to contribute on resolutions for technical and business teams.
- Develops and documents policies and procedures for the function.
- Conducts and manages IAM product evaluations.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience. Advanced Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience
- Experience developing new systems and tools
- Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures
Preferred:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with end user issues
- Demonstrated technical experience
- Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively on projects
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting
- Broad knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications
- Advanced analytical skills
- Demonstrated Project Management skills
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements

Salary: USD 82500.00 - USD 123700.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs.
