Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for an IS Renewals Analyst in Abbott Park, IL. This is a contract opportunity and offers outstanding benefits.
We are seeking an IS Renewals Analyst to join our team on a contract basis, initially for 6 months with a strong chance of extension. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing IS renewals, working closely with procurement, business units, IT, and vendors to ensure a smooth renewal process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the IS renewal process by coordinating with business units and procurement.
· Ensure all necessary signatures, internal documents, and approvals are collected for renewals.
· Push renewals through to Purchase Orders (POs) once approvals are secured.
· Collaborate closely with IT teams and vendors.
· Maintain and update spreadsheets related to renewals, and communicate via email regularly.
· Solve problems as they arise throughout the renewal process.
Qualifications And Experience
· 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an enterprise-sized company.
· Strong Excel skills: Proficiency in creating and managing complex spreadsheets.
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Experience working with renewals and procurement processes.
· Strong communication skills for interfacing with internal teams and external vendors.
