The Opportunity:
This role is part of CACI’s new Value Performance Management Center of Excellence team (VPMC). This role allows you to be a leader within CACI providing reliable, consistent schedule and cost performance management support and training throughout the program lifecycle. This role is expected to lead any earned value efforts for the programs supported.
Looking for individuals with expertise in the following:
- Schedule Performance Management and Analysis
- Cost Performance Management and Analysis
- Earned Value Management (748-EIA) implementation
- Work Breakdown Structure Management and Integration
- Risk integration with Cost and Schedule
Responsibilities:
- Ensures the quality development of the program's cost and schedule baseline to be presented at Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) with the government.
- Ensures the program cost and schedule baseline satisfies contractual requirements.
- Develops and executes programmatic budgets and financial plans that align with the program baseline.
- Brief Senior Government Clients on EVM and schedule performance.
- Leads team to work independently with Control Account Managers and Technical Leads to resource load the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Supports the development of a master schedule by working with performing organizations and determining their critical tasks and their interdependencies within the program.
- Ensures Schedule Risk Analyses are performed upon request.
- Develops program unique standards and process instructions for planning, scheduling, baseline control, EVMS, financial controls, subcontract cost integration, and Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) compilation and analysis.
- Ensures compliance with American National Standards Institute/Electronic Industries Alliance Standard 748 (ANSI/EIA-748), Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and associated internal company procedures.
- Develops scheduling status reports used at Program Management Meetings.
- Assists with determining the critical path of the program based on schedule progress and established task dependencies.
- Transfers data from Microsoft Project to Cobra and ensures accuracy of data.
- Develops and maintains artifacts and other program documentation.
- Supports cognitive agency surveillance activities.
- This is a hybrid position and can be based at in our Sterling, VA or Reston VA locations.
Qualifications:
- Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 10+ years related work experience.
- Knowledge of IPMDAR.
- Experience implementing EVM baselines using Deltek Cobra.
- Experience integrating MS Project with Deltek Cobra.
- Experience implementing EVM using Agile methodology.
- Experience with determining the Critical Path and performing Schedule status updates.
- Experience in project support or management; Experience with EVM baselines and Integrated Master Schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Visio and SharePoint).
Desired:
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
- PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP).
- Certified AACE Earned Value Professional (EVP).
- Familiarity with DoD Contracting environment.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Experience on large-scale software development projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- US Citizenship is required to be considered for this role.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $86,800-$191,000
