Job Description:
Location 1 for Austin – 1 position
Location 2 for Dallas – 1 position
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions to meet customer business objectives and SLAs.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis and documenting results.
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Managing competing resources and priorities.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Broad understanding of software development on an AGILE framework.
- Performing product demos.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker Engine.
- Exposure to Agile development and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience working with databases (MySQL, HBase, YB, Graph, Cloud databases).
- Broad understanding of development of Microservices applications and their architecture.
- Experience with messaging frameworks: Kafka.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Hands-on implementation of networking/telecom solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in software engineering and design architecture.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• 5-7 years of experience (total)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, or a related field.
