A privately held REIT is looking for an Asset Manager in the West Palm Beach, FL area. The company has been successfully investing as a co-GP across the CRE spectrum for the last ten years, with assets nationwide. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the investment properties that are directly assigned.
- Prepares investment property update reports for investors.
- Create and maintain asset management underwritings for investments.
- Work with and assist the Director of Finance in establishing the scope of office needs.
- Lead technical assessments, research, and analyze business needs and project requirements.
- Explore alternatives and recommend end-to-end solutions that satisfy investor needs while continuously exploring and assessing options for value-add for clients.
- Contribute to successful, high-quality, and on-time reporting by identifying risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints and developing/recommending new strategies.
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree preferably in finance or real estate.
- 5-7 years of CRE underwriting/asset management experience.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Excellent organizational skills are required to multitask in a time-sensitive environment.
- Knowledge of institutional investment strategies and partnership structures.
