Senior Human Resource Manager should have strong excel skills and a background in finance. At least two years’ experience in retirement plan administration, 401(k) plans or comparable related plans. Strong reconciliation and communication skills are a necessity. Have the ability to keep track of and manage multiple deadlines related to our retirement plans and those of the companies we acquire.
Job Description includes:
1. Oversee and track 401(k) deadlines:
a.) Payroll deadlines
b.) Other deadlines for the Cognizant Plan and acquired entity plans
- Distribution of required annual disclosures
c.) Provide payroll advice for associate deductions relating to:
2. Reconcile annual compensation files
a.) Create EOY testing files
b.) Review Non-discrimination testing results
- Cognizant plan and acquired entity plans
3. Create and manage HCE lists for payroll purposes
a.) Track CSRP elections
b.) Track CSRP limits
c.) Provide YTD updates to CSRP vendor periodically
4. Open accounts with MassMutual
5. Lead on weekly call updates between 401(k) team and MassMutual
6. Oversee approvals for death claims and hardship withdrawals
7. Assist with NABenefits incoming inquiries
