Vice President, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis to join our ESO Data & Analytics team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL (HYBRID).
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Partner with stakeholders in Enterprise Sourcing Office and Enterprise Data Management to advance the maturity of the ESO Data & Analytics data management framework.
- Help establish enterprise and business level data principles, standards, and guidelines on behalf of ESO.
- Work closely with the Development team to ensure solution delivery using SDLC processes.
- Spearhead the data quality and data clean-up workstream to deliver high-quality data with high predictability and reliability.
- Work with internal and external datasets and assist in the data sourcing and mapping for various reporting solutions.
- Review, recommend, and execute best practices, data quality rules by identifying CDEs (Critical Data Elements) for ESO to drive continuous data management improvements.
- Serve as a resource for data governance-related questions and guide resolutions.
- Serve as the primary resource for management and oversight of data definition, data lineage, and data catalog in EDM toolsets like Collibra, Solidatus, etc.
- Support the evolution, execution, and connectivity of data governance tools such as Collibra, and technologies to support data governance initiatives.
- Regularly assess and refine data governance processes and policies in line with industry best practices to promote continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate management expertise and exercise influence to identify, evaluate, and recommend potential objectives to support the delivery of data management services.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 10+ years' experience in compliance, risk management, finance and/or banking technology, risk, and/or compliance data is preferred.
- Professional certification in Data management/Data Governance is desired.
- Superior analytical skills and ability to assess across large data sets to synthesize, validate, and analyze data and metrics is necessary.
- Technical proficiency with Excel, JIRA, MS Word, MS PowerPoint is needed. Technical skills in any of the following are helpful: Python, SQL, Collibra, Solidatus, and DQS.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with various businesses/functions.
- A successful person in this role will be proactive, have high-quality standards for accuracy and thoroughness, have an ability to multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, possess strong organizational skills, and a keen aptitude for detail while working in a global team.
