Position Overview
A healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to drive financial performance and deliver key business insights. This role involves providing analytical expertise to inform resource allocation and business decisions while proactively identifying areas for improvement. The position requires daily onsite work in Lubbock, TX, and reports to the office Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- At least 8 years of finance experience.
- Preferred:
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- Certifications such as CPA, HFMS, or FACHE.
