ResponsibilitiesThe Finance Development Program (FDP) offers new graduates the opportunity for broad exposure and experience within the Finance division of Fresenius Kabi USA LLC. This entry-level program is geared toward individuals interested in the healthcare industry who are searching for a challenging, rewarding career in Finance. FDP focuses on further developing and growing you into well-rounded business professionals gaining strong foundational education and training in Finance. The FDP is a highly visible program, supported by Senior Management. Associates will rotate through four to six disciplines of Finance over a 24 to 30-month period. Areas of concentration and rotation may include:
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Reporting and Controls
- Treasury
- Risk Management
- Med Tech
- Plant Operations
- Tax
- Customer Financial Services (CFS)
- Project Management
In their second year, FDP Associates may have the opportunity, depending on business needs, to complete an international rotation at our parent Company’s headquarters in Bad Homburg, Germany.
Each rotation will allow you to learn new skills, gain concentrated expertise and positively contribute to our business. By the end of the program, associates will have developed leadership competencies, organization knowledge and insight while fostering business relationships with peers, mentors and senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related business field
- Must graduate with bachelor’s degree between December 2024 – June 2025 and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Process and results orientation
- Established record of achievement and leadership
- Previous internship experience recommended
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States; the Company will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization
