Position Term: 100% remote – Must be local
The ideal candidate will have business analysis expertise in gathering and analysing information from stakeholders, business owners, customers, and management for implementation of information technology solutions. They will document business requirements and create user stories. They will analyse, review, and recommend possible solutions to identified business problems through the implementation of technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business, developers, application and data architects, system testers to translate requirements into user stories/PBIs to provide a clear, detailed, and complete understanding of the requirements.
- Lead requirement discussions to document, analyse and translate functional and non-functional business requirements into project specifications, business process diagrams, and workflows.
- Help to identify dependencies and downstream impact factors to guide the project team to successfully deliver the solutions for each sprint.
- Identify areas where technical solutions would improve business performance.
- Contribute knowledge and insight during meetings for product development and testing strategy while providing subject expertise and guidance during the software development life cycle.
- Assist in validation and triage of production issues.
Skills:
- Business analysis experience in a structured software development environment Required
