The agency is seeking a skilled IT Program/Portfolio Manager that has a broad breadth of technical experience and business acumen. As a team member supporting the IT Applications and the Customer Success & Security teams, the Portfolio/Program Manager will support the Ohio Business Gateway Program Administrator in enhancing current policies, processes, and tools for prioritizing and managing projects and associated resources across our customer base. Additionally, the role will facilitate strategic planning sessions and leverage experience and skills in process improvement/innovation tools.
Development of Capital and Operational budget proposals as well as the associated management tracking of their implementation will be required. The role requires the finesse and ability to lead cross-organizational teams in the agency environment for high-visibility projects within a matrix resource organization. Focus will be needed on schedule execution across the portfolio, as well as monitoring & control from project initiation and analysis through design, delivery & closure.
This role will help the Ohio Business Gateway to plan and close out projects for the current fiscal year.
Skills
- Experience to work as Program Manager. Required 8 Years.
- Experience managing a Project Portfolio for Application Development and Infrastructure initiatives.
- College Degree.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
- PgMP, PMP, ITIL, Scrum Agile.
