This position can be filled as an Analyst III, Senior, or Senior Lead depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Participate on teams engaged in research, stakeholder outreach, and strategy for legislative and regulatory outcomes. Compile and analyze time-sensitive documents. Assist with coordination of stakeholder engagement. Interface with elected officials to convey Entergy messaging.
Minimum Education required of the position:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related field required or equivalent work experience.
- Desired: Master's Degree.
Minimum Experience required of the position:
- Analyst III: 4-6 years of professional experience.
- Analyst Sr: 6 years of professional experience.
- Analyst Sr Lead: 8 years of professional experience.
- Initiative to work independently and adept at working on team assignments with other personnel, departments, and organizations.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in all Microsoft toolkit applications.
- Capability to produce analyses that range from quick response preliminary screening level through extensively detailed regulatory grade documents.
- Capacity to adapt to changing work priorities and study assumptions.
- Ability to identify, monitor and analyze energy-related legislation.
- Experience with Political Action Committees.
- Ability to prioritize work on multiple simultaneous projects.
