Your Role
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the face of our company to the customers you speak with. You will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring service excellence through proactive customer service, problem solving, customer follow up, and interaction with our sales colleagues.
Your Responsibilities
- Track and trace shipments through alarm management and checkpoint verification at key milestones.
- Communicate effectively with QuickSTAT vendors (service partners and airlines/carriers) to ensure that the needs of QuickSTAT customers are being satisfied consistently.
- Work collaboratively with Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs), Customer Service, and the Commercial Business Development (BD) team to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to Management, updating clients in conjunction with Customer Service.
- Ensure all time and temperature requirements are maintained during transit.
- Share responsibility for the overview of the department mailbox to include the receipt of new bookings and internal inquiries.
- Must be able to view computer monitors both at close range and distance.
- Report to the Operational Shift Supervisor.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
- 6+ years of Air Logistics experience or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service.
