Responsibilities:
- Assist tenants with their needs and make sure problems are addressed quickly.
- Perform periodic property inspections. Recommend or approve changes, repairs, and property upgrades as needed.
- Coordinate moving tenants in and out of the property. Approve and review all tenant bills for distribution.
- Prepare common area maintenance (CAM) dues, invoices, and related communication.
- Manage accuracy and approve payment of vendor invoices on behalf of the property owner or client.
- Collect rent and pay expenses in compliance with lease terms. Obtain account receivable aging reports and begin procedures to address tenant delinquencies.
- Prepare all required legal notices. Recommend and coordinate legal action if needed.
- Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
- May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
- Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
- Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.

- High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
- In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
- Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or critical information.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay Disclaimer – Not-Bonus Eligible:
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Real Estate Services Admin position is $24.04 per hour and the maximum salary for the Real Estate Services Admin position is $27.88 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
