Job Overview:

- Within the Business Strategy & Growth Division, Institution Services enables banks, credit unions, insurance companies, and other financial institutions to run and scale their wealth business with the support of LPL’s industry-leading platform.
- The Strategic Partnership Alignment team aims to establish LPL as the premier strategic advisor to institutions with a structured, consultative approach to enhancing our clients’ businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the breadth of the firm to our clients — Maintain a central view of our offerings for institutions that enables Sales, Relationship Management, and our clients to understand all that we can offer now and in the near future.
- Quantify our effectiveness — Lead reporting efforts that use data to help business leaders understand our effectiveness in driving adoption of LPL’s capabilities across Sales, Relationship Management, and Marketing.
- Share our value proposition — Partner with the Vice President of Strategic Partnership Alignment to create a shared narrative between Sales, Relationship Management, and our clients of LPL’s structured, consultative approach and the breadth of solutions we offer.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience ideally in management consulting, sales enablement, or product management.
- Experience creating standard processes for regular reporting.
- Ability to analyze and present data with support from analytics partners.
- Ability to create executive-level PowerPoints that present complex topics in simple frameworks.

Pay Range:
$83,300.00 - $138,900.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
