Inside the Role
Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and key finance business partner for the Aftermarket Supply Chain and Distribution network. This role supports the Aftermarket supply chain from material planning through distribution from our 11 Parts Distribution Centers (PDCs). Key finance responsibility includes PDC variable overhead, fixed overhead, overseeing capital spend tracking and inventory valuation, Core accounting, and enter / maintain affiliate purchase contracts. Participate in projects with business units & accounting to support new business opportunities or to meet continuous improvement objectives.

Position offers a starting salary range of $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 USD. Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience. What You Drive at DTNA
- Develop and maintain forecasting and reporting models for Aftermarket Supply Chain and Distribution including variable overhead, fixed overhead, and capital expenditures.
- Perform month end duties and reporting related to assigned accounts, communicate actual performance against plan, and post accrual entries.
- Business partner relationship between Finance and the Supply Chain and Distribution management team.
- Collaborate with business partners to build strategic plan, share results, trends, emerging issues, and establish countermeasures when plan is not met.
- Collaborate with accounting to review and analyze inventory valuation system to properly record inventory balances including revaluations, excess & obsolescence reserves, and incidental acquisition cost.
- Build and maintain affiliate company intercompany purchase contracts, resolve discrepancies between invoice and purchase contract.
- Approve purchase requests in adherence to fixed overhead budgets.
- Oversee capital spending plan from plan, work in progress, capitalization, asset cycle counting, and asset disposition.
- Participate in various projects to support new business opportunities.
- Ad hoc business analysis, modeling, and reporting issues.
- Coordinate resolution of complex issues across multiple groups & IT platforms.
- Seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree with focus in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from an accredited university/college.
- 5-7 years of controlling or related work experience.
- 2 years of manufacturing operation controlling experience.
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative / team focused environment.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated to perform at the highest level and produce the best deliverables.
- Ability to learn quickly and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Ability to present the financial story to all levels and functions of the organization.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have
- Master’s degree in accounting or related field.
- CPA / CMA / MBA.
- SAP, Paragon, Tableau, advanced Excel.
