Responsibilities:
- Expand clientele by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to grow our client base.
- Manage leads effectively by hunting, handling, and qualifying inbound sales inquiries to convert them into appointments promptly, ensuring swift and efficient customer responses.
- Organize and maintain a structured database of potential and past clients, ensuring all lead information is up-to-date.
- Engage with prospects through various communication channels such as email and phone calls to include them in the sales pipeline and create qualified real estate leads.
- Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to demonstrate progress toward company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess or be actively pursuing a real estate license.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must-have for this role.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- The ideal candidate should either hold a Real Estate License or be in the process of obtaining one.
Compensation:
$85,000 - $225,000 yearly
