As Lead Financial Analyst – Corporate Forecasting, you will be responsible for the Corporate Forecasting process to collect quarterly outlooks submissions through financial systems. This role will provide business insights related to the enterprise cashflow, services revenue, and balance sheet. In addition, this role is the lead for coordinating the annual restatement process for the annual business plan.
What You Will Do:
- Monthly financial reporting, forecasting and decision support related to the balance sheet and cashflow
- Analyze, explain and present results related to balance sheet and cashflow
- Provide meaningful, actionable insights, advice, and recommendations to leadership
- Drive process improvement, automation and support Digital Finance initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to initiate, lead, or support corporate initiatives
- Lead process improvements initiatives related to the corporate forecasting processes
What You Have:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
- Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
- Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
- Accounting: Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes.
- Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
- Financial Reporting: Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
- Digital Finance experience, including visualization tools (i.e Power BI)
- Experience working in BPC
- OneStream experience
Additional Info:
- This position will be located in our Irving, Texas office
- This role is a full time, Hybrid position and currently requires 3 days a week in office
- Domestic relocation assistance is available for those who qualify

- International and Domestic travel up to 5%
