From humble beginnings as a small Accountancy firm, they rapidly became one of the UK's market leaders. They now sit at the heart of a thriving group of companies with high profile B2C and B2B clients in the market.
Over the next few years, they are going to continue growing by maximizing the potential of their brand. They aim to become a major centre of excellence in the North West, where talented and ambitious people can make a significant contribution while developing their careers and fulfilling their potential.
What's working for them actually like?
Laughter is an important part of our day. No one there attends pointless meetings; they'd rather get stuff done than sit around looking important. They may all do different jobs, but all are valued and treated with respect.
Their offices are in Altrincham with ease of access to public transport and great shopping; Altrincham has been voted one of the UKs best high streets.
They don't do gimmicks like ping pong tables and ball pools to distract you from a mundane, pointless job with no future. They would rather you had a meaningful job with genuine prospects for advancement. Two of the senior management team started in entry-level positions.
