What does the FP&A Analyst I role do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The FP&A Analyst I supports the financial decision making at Swire Coca-Cola through various reporting. This FP&A Analyst I will assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, month-end reporting analytics, operational and management reports, and trend analysis using data visualization tools such as Power BI. With strong collaboration to various business partners, you will communicate and influence business decisions through the data and reports you provide.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain periodic management P&L reporting accurately and efficiently for use and analysis by department senior leaders.
- Develop process-improvement team capabilities to enhance and improve reports, creating new reports, if necessary, to build efficiencies.
- Analyze financial information from P&L and proactively identify & present findings to management.
- Operational savvy to collaborate on potential solutions to improve efficiencies and reduce cost.
- Build out specific areas in Anaplan models and reporting to drive overall success of implementation.
- Serve as an auxiliary support and resource training users to help support smooth rollout on new system enhancements.
- Construct complex financial modeling of various parts of the P&L to respond to internal customers.
- Partner with Senior FP&A Analysts and Leadership on annual budget and forecasting enterprise-wide processes and roll up.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field required.
- Internship in finance related field required.
- 1+ years’ experience in a financial analyst role preferred.
- Advanced Excel experience of pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, macros, index, match functions.
- Knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow analysis.
- Ability to extract and analyze large data files and manipulate them into digestible reports for analysis.
