We are seeking a Senior UAT Analyst to lead the development and execution of testing and monitoring strategies with a focus on the customer journey and drive towards business outcomes. We expect Senior UAT Analysts to immerse themselves in the customer experience and product objectives, understand retail systems, and provide testing thought leadership. The Senior UAT Analyst guides junior team members and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with agile teams including product management, IT, user experience team members ensuring that the business, product and customer journey goals are addressed by test strategies, scripts, data models and plans.
- Validate to ensure that the product has the desired impact and is meeting customer needs in test environments and production.
- Review UAT analyst and vendor test cases ensuring sufficient coverage of the customer journey and related data/UI scenarios. Personally execute as well as provide directions to UAT vendors on regression, new features, exploratory and automation UAT testing.
- Provide thought leadership, insights and direction to agile teams based on testing results and root cause analysis. Act as an integrator between the needs of product teams and possible technology solutions.
- Develop test automation strategies, improve automation quality and increase the % of automated UAT test cases so that teams can focus exploratory testing on more strategic enhancements and defect follow up. Improvise the current framework to mimic the best-in-class industry practices.
- Provide leadership to the rest of the UAT team and vendors to shape UAT processes in-line with best-in-class industry practices. Present the strategies and improvements concepts to the leadership team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology or Engineering; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of quality assurance experience or UAT experience in a web development and/or application software development environment.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of functional automation skills using Selenium with Java, TestNG, Cucumber, Appium, AppliTools, Git Lab, & Maven.
- Experience leading 2-3 medium to large sized UAT efforts simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. QC / ALM / JIRA / Zephyr / Agility).
