About this Role:
The Local Assistance Payables Unit is a component of the Medi-Cal Accounting Section that provides a full range of invoice processing, payments, reporting and other accounting activities to various organizations statewide. Medi-Cal information is politically sensitive, large in dollars and quantity, and necessary for medical providers of the state to continue adequate care for our citizens.
