We are currently seeking a CCWIS IV&V Business Analyst to join our team in Concord, New Hampshire (US-NH), United States (US).
The CCWIS IV&V Business Analyst will work as part of a team providing IV&V services for Child Welfare projects. She/he will actively participate in the delivery of IV&V tasks/activities and associated deliverables. The CCWIS IV&V Business Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and assessing key project artifacts, including design documents, test cases, project schedules, and many others, against requirements and standards.
Key IV&V duties include:
- Assess vendor deliverables such as Project Management Plan and Schedule, Certification/Compliance Checklist(s) and related artifacts and evidence, including but not limited to: Requirements documentation, Design documentation, Data Conversion Plans, Testing Plans and associated results, User Documentation, Training Plans, Implementation Strategies, Implementation and Rollout Plans, Test Cases and Results, and Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Plans.
- Assess and make recommendations on the management and technical aspects of system implementation projects.
- Evaluate feasibility of project schedule.
- Perform testing assessments and provide testing support.
- Make recommendations for improvement of processes based on observations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Assess whether the State and the solution vendor(s) share a common understanding of the project scope, goals/outcomes/requirements, deliverables, and milestones.
- Assess whether user involvement and buy-in is sufficient for successful adoption of the system or component.
- Document detailed findings, risks, and recommended risk mitigation approaches, considering best practices and lessons learned from other similar projects.
- Provide project support and monitor project progress.
- Support compliance management and assessment activities.
- Support reporting activities across the project.
- Support requirements management.
- Provide support for Job Control.
- Provide business analysis, insights, recommendations, and reporting.
- Support strategic procurements and provide advisory support.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 8 years work experience including
- Minimum 3 years IV&V experience
- Minimum 1 year work experience on a CCWIS or Child Welfare
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Federal requirements and guidelines
- Experience working with an Agile development lifecycle
- Ability to work effectively in a remote working environment
