Headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, the Dynasty Financial Partners team powers the back and middle office of independent financial advisors within the wealth management industry. Summer Analysts will be assigned to support one or two of Dynasty's business units: Transitions, Relationship Management, Talent/HR, Legal/Compliance, Marketing/PR, Operations, Investments, Technology or Finance.

Dynasty Summer Analyst Program
- Duration of program: June 2nd – August 8th
- Exact responsibilities will vary based on business unit assignment
- Business unit assignments will be based on a combination of interview feedback, business needs, and the individual candidate skills/interests
- Summer Analysts will report to the Chief of Staff, as well as the head of the business units to which he/she is assigned
- Dynasty leverages the program as an opportunity to identify new talent – based on individual candidate performance and Dynasty's overall hiring needs, full-time offers (for post-graduation employment) may be extended upon successful completion of the Summer Analyst Program. Participation in this summer analyst program does not imply or guarantee continued employment after completion of the program.
Requirements
Successful candidates will have the following:
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and demanding environment.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work with clients closely and effectively.
- Detail-oriented and thorough in completing projects/tasks.
- Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills.
- Self-starter, must have the initiative and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
