Position: Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
Reports to: Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
Department: Finance/Accounting
Purpose: Responsible for analyzing the business for financial planning and operations. Performs analyses to determine present and future financial and business performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, future requirements, operating forecasts, etc. supporting finance, operations, and the broader organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Accurate and timely production of weekly & monthly financial and operational reporting.
- Perform data analysis to understand business trends and support operations.
- Collaborate with other functional areas within the organization to support analytical needs.
- Manage financial and operational data.
- Support Operations teams and CFO with ad hoc projects, as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and creative thinking.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (mainly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
- Flexible and able to shift priorities quickly.
- High level of commitment and ownership.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor degree with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or another relevant quantitative field of study required.
- 1-3 years of corporate finance experience (FP&A, Data Analytics, Consulting, Transaction Advisory, Private Equity).
- Prior experience working in multi-unit/franchising/subscription-based environments preferred.
- Workday Adaptive, Alteryx Power BI experience is a plus, but not required.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, exempt position. Under the Regulations, Part 541, an exempt Team Player is one who is not entitled to the minimum wage or overtime pay protections of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Standard work days and hours are Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This position may work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends.
Travel: 0-5% travel is expected for this position.
