SUMMARY:
Under direct supervision, assists in the planning, design, enforcement, and audit of security policies and procedures which safeguard the integrity of and access to enterprise systems, files, and data elements. Also, documents and maintains information assurance processes to enhance information security.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain existing information security policies.
- Responsible for access to and content of security team portals.
- Maintain security awareness and training program through content development and program monitoring and reporting.
- Maintain regulatory and compliance program.
- Provide support and coordination on security projects.
- Participate in contract and proposal reviews.
- Participate in internal and third-party risk assessments.
- Participate in IT and enterprise projects to ensure compliance with information security policies and controls.
- Collaborate with other business areas e.g., Legal and HR on information security and compliance matters.
- Perform remediation tracking and reporting.
- Identify and drive process improvement and maturity efforts.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 6 years of professional experience or an equivalent combination thereof.
