The Job: The Senior Human Resources Manager will partner with the Tools and Outdoor Americas Supply Chain organization to develop and execute HR priorities that enable the business to achieve its accelerated growth goals and foster a fulfilling employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partner: Support stakeholders by aligning with the team’s people strategy and business strategy.
- Project Planning & Execution: Effectively communicate and execute corporate initiatives, programs, and projects.
- Change Management: Act as a change agent and partner to the business.
- Strategy & Implementation: Serve as strategy lead for process improvement initiatives.
- Organizational Design: Serve as strategy lead and thought partner for organizational structure.
- Manager: Manage one direct report and support their development.
The Person: You love to learn and grow. You also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources.
- 7+ years of Human Resource experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- SHRM certification preferred.
