Summary
The EPMO Business Analyst is a highly visible position and will play an integral part of the Transformation Organization by contributing to and driving Freeman’s digital transformation. The role is also intended to inspire new thinking and bring a fresh perspective to facilitate more efficient and effective processes. A sizable portion of the role will be focused on driving process, data, organizational, and technology-related initiatives.
This position will support our Transformation group under our Business Operations team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 1-2 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:
- Dallas, TX
- Chicago, IL
- Las Vegas, NV
- Orlando, FL
- Alexandria, VA
- Nashville, TN
- Atlanta, GA
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with writing and distributing work tickets for sales team.
- Work with sales team on-site as required during production.
- Assist with Value Added and Sponsorship Sale programs.
- Coordinate the completion of production forms, Exhibitor Kit Requests, Graphics Order forms and Floorplan Requests.
- Arrange conference calls and travel.
- Track travel expenses and submit travel expense reports as required.
- Work closely with the team in collateral preparation, event coordination, and correspondence.
- May also work with the customer or customer’s agents.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Education & Experience
- 5-7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst demonstrating the above skill sets for enterprise technology-related projects.
- End-to-end enterprise systems implementation experience, such as SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, MDM.
- Enterprise system integration experience including use of integration tools.
- Computer Information Systems, IT, or Business Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required.
Travel Requirements
Travel up to 25%.
