Pay Range: The full pay range is $112,823.38 - $157,952.73 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a Financial Advisor Operations Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for day-to-day operations, including managed account, mutual fund, alternative investment and brokerage operations, platform operations, and relationship management. Requirements
Essential Functions and Tasks:
- Leads the day-to-day operational activities that support the Financial Advisor's ability to deliver excellent member experience.
- Assists advisors with complex transactions and escalated member issues.
- Supports all sponsor and money manager trading operations, including resolution of trading errors.
- Leads the managed account, mutual fund, alternative investment and brokerage operations, platform operations and relationship management.
- Partners with managers and vendors to understand all necessary aspects and needs of operational development and to ensure they are fully informed of investment operational objectives, purposes and achievements.
- Plans, develops and implements a long-term strategy for optimizing all aspects of investment operational infrastructure and management within agreed-upon plans.
- Maintains administration and relevant operational reporting and planning systems, manages relevant reporting of management and financial information for the operations department.
- Monitors, measures and reports on operational issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements.
- Contributes to the evaluation and development of operational strategy and performance through continuous improvement.
- Establishes and maintains systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational management and development.
- Ensures activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, legal and compliance stipulations.
- Works with manager in developing short and long-term goals and plans.
- Ensures department operations are in compliance with all security, audit, regulatory compliance, information security, customer privacy, and Bank Secrecy Act/Customer Identification Program policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Required:
- High School Graduate or GED
- 5+ years operational experience in the financial services industry, preferably with a fee-based advisory, brokerage business, or mutual fund company.
- 3+ years progressive experience as a lead or in a supervisory role OR experience in project work in a lead role.
Licenses Required:
- Series 7, Series 66 or Series 65 & Series 63, and Insurance License.
Education & Experience Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- Ability to show a clean Form U4 is preferred.
