As a Senior Agency Incentive Analyst, you will design & support successful incentive programs and compensation programs to incentivize representatives and agency leadership to meet agency operations and corporate strategic goals.
- Ensures incentive programs that representatives and agency leadership participate in are compensated & awarded for contests and growth metrics accurately.
- Support, troubleshoot, and resolve representatives and agency leadership growth metric inquiries for Property Casualty, Life Health, and Investment business that could impact their contest qualifications and/or compensation. Create and lead incentive programs.
- On this highly collaborative team, you will work on a variety of cross functional projects that impact agency incentives programs tied to the strategic business objectives to translate business needs into improved systems and processes.
- Serves as a point of contact and data/information resource for contest qualifications, incentives, recognition for all representatives and agency leadership.
- Builds strong working relationships with team members, Property Casualty/Life/Financial business operations, and technology stakeholders at multiple levels both internal (corporate) and external (field). Acts as the agency liaison representing agency interests in cross-functional projects that impact agency incentive programs.
- Monitors project progress and milestones and provides regular updates to stakeholders, including status reports and presentations.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.
How does a Senior Agency Incentive Analyst make an impact?
- Designs and recommends solutions for the implementation and ongoing support of sales incentive and compensation programs including agency compensation, agency leadership variable compensation and Career Agent Saving Plan (CASP).
- Calculates, analyzes and reviews anticipated impacts and monetary costs of adopting changes to existing incentive and compensation programs and qualification criteria; Manages cost, schedule and performance of corporate incentive and recognition programs.
- Supports and maintains the sales compensation program and system, answers questions regarding individual growth metric achievement; troubleshoots issues and identifies and corrects inaccuracies/discrepancies.
- Serves as customer point of contact and data/information resource for incentives, recognition and compensation of all representatives and agency management.
- Contributes to the development or improvement of systems and reporting to effectively capture and analyze program data and track program performance; tests solutions and enhancements as required.
- Conducts special projects or research at the request of stakeholders to ensure program alignment with industry best practices and increasing agency productivity.
- Guides the work of external consultants and vendors in the course of maximizing program performance.
- May develop business requirements, test plans, and executes test cases for sales compensation program while working closely with COUNTRY technology; translates business needs into improved systems or processes.

- Experience writing business requirements/user stories, test plans/cases, and executing testing to ensure requirements are met.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative data analysis when needed and be the bridge between business and technical team members.
- Strong MicroSoft Excel skills including use of formulas and pivot tables.
- Clear and concise communication translating complex findings into actionable insights.
- Ability to plan project work out and complete the appropriate change management/communication strategies and deliverables.
- Typically requires 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
