Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for potential clients to build a strong client base.
- Participate in training sessions tailored to enhance real estate knowledge and skills specific to the luxury market.
- Pursue leads diligently until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent, ensuring a seamless process for clients.
- Maintain regular communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails, focusing on nurturing relationships and strengthening brand recognition.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress toward company objectives effectively.
- Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into valuable clients successfully.
- Utilize the CRM system meticulously to keep customer information accurate and up-to-date for the agents to leverage.
- Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments ensuring a professional and customer-centric approach.
Qualifications:
- To be eligible for this role as an Entry Level Real Estate Sales Agent it is required to hold a valid Real Estate License or be motivated to get one.
- Previous sales experience is a must for applicants interested in this position.
- Effective client communication skills are crucial for successful interactions.
- Candidates must have a valid Driver's License as a mandatory requirement.
Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 yearly
