Reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, this role is instrumental in driving financial forecasting, ensuring operational accuracy, and extracting insights through deep dive analysis. This is a full-time, exempt hybrid position.
Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive financial and operational analyses to both internal and external key stakeholders, including the executive team, lenders, and investors.
Lead accurate forecasting, pinpointing key opportunities and potential risks proactively.
Maintain detailed financial models and forecasts, encompassing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, cash flow projections, and other key financial metrics. These models will be crucial in evaluating business performance, guiding strategic planning, and supporting investment decisions. This involves:
- Creating and updating complex financial models to reflect current business conditions and future scenarios.
- Collaborating with various departments to gather relevant data inputs.
- Ensuring models are robust, flexible, and capable of generating various scenarios for strategic decision-making.
- Presenting financial forecasts and insights to senior management to aid in the formulation of business strategies.
Oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial constraints.
Develop and manage long-term financial planning, including 5-year strategic plans that incorporate growth objectives, market trends, and financial sustainability.
Champion continuous improvement by spearheading process enhancements and workflow automation.
Collaboratively support the seamless integration of newly acquired entities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate finance or related practice
- Proficient in advanced computing, with a knack for dissecting financial data, discerning trends, and constructing forecasts; expertise in Microsoft suite essential, familiarity Adaptive Insights is plus.
- Demonstrated business acumen complemented by meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Outstanding organizational capabilities, proven in autonomous work environments with multiple concurrent projects and fluid priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with robust financial and analytical abilities, thriving in team-driven settings.
- Comfortable engaging and collaborating with individuals across the organizational hierarchy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
