Job Summary
The Business Markets Enablement Analyst IV is a part of the Business Markets Enablement Team with responsibilities including but not limited to technology project management & communication, technology & tool assessment, triage & development, detailed reporting and analysis, assistance in M&A efforts, and more. The Analyst collaborates across the organization to develop, manage, optimize and ensure execution & compliance with processes and works to align projects & efforts across all Business Markets sales and support teams. This role also assists in collaborating with additional organizations that impact Business Markets operations. As an Analyst IV, there is a high expectation for strong decision-making skills, strong project management & communication skills, and the ability to proactively gather information from stakeholders across the organization to make recommendations to Business Markets Leadership.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Expert level knowledge of sales systems including development abilities within Salesforce.
- Strong project management capabilities including exceptional communication skills & a bias to urgency combined with a high level of organization.
- Strong reporting & analytics capabilities with the ability to utilize the information to influence decision making for the team and across the organization.
- Meet regularly with team and organization leadership regarding technology development & projects, growth initiatives, integration efforts, etc.
- Coordinate efforts between multiple national offices and integration with sales, operations, marketing and technology services.
- Actively lead or assist with Salesforce development testing, manage the Enablement Team’s Seismic Platform, and participate in any other relevant technology projects.
- Act as a team lead by assisting Analysts III and IV in efforts related to project management, process excellence, communication, technology tools and more.
- Drive technology initiatives related to improving overall selling techniques & effectiveness.
- Assist in promoting a unified sales culture across all markets.
- Drive awareness & adoption of systems & tools while providing specialized local support.
- Influence sales activity KPIs and business intelligence.
- Be responsible for the accountabilities of an Analyst III and IV & other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
- Strategic, analytical, & detail-oriented with knowledge of sales operations, competitive company metrics, best practices, and sales processes with a proven track record of strong decision-making abilities and a bias to continuous improvement.
- Ability to lead presentations for a variety of audiences, including executive leadership, with a talent for encouraging higher level colleagues to execute on decisions.
- Project Management experience preferred.
- Highly proficient with technology including extensive experience with MS Office, Salesforce, SAP or additional CRMs, JIRA, etc.
- Technology certifications a plus with expectation that Salesforce certification completed within 1 year of employment in role.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills desired.
- Ability to travel nationally up to 25% of time.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience gained through college degree programs and/or preferred.
- 7+ years experience preferred.

- Leverage skills to produce actionable performance insights for the organization through proactive project management, active support of core operational initiatives, and development & delivery of strategic assessments.
- Assist sales & support functions of organization through development & deployment of Salesforce enhancements both assigned & recommended.
- Build energized relationships with Business Markets IT Teams.
- Consistently collaborate with Enablement Team & Leadership and supports Team through cross-functional interactions across organizations.
- Contribute to growth of Business Markets segments while also improving and empowering the culture of the organization.
- Offer guidance and leverage decisions-making skills when Team Leadership is unavailable.
