This is a hybrid role and you are required to work in onsite a minimum of three days a week.
Position Summary:
The Real Estate Services Manager oversees daily operations within the Real Estate office, ensuring efficient management of personnel and tasks. This role requires expertise in title documentation, including the creation of legal descriptions from deeds and the interpretation of title documents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily personnel management within the Real Estate office, including remote workdays, PTO, and other related matters.
- Delegate tasks from Pipedrive to the appropriate members of the Real Estate Services Team for activities such as lease creation, redline reviews, title ordering, and title assessments.
- Coordinate with People Operations Manager on learning and development of team members.
- Address inquiries from Land Agents or other Land Personnel regarding lease timing, payment schedules, lease delivery, or related invoices.
- Assist the Real Estate Services Associate in researching and analyzing property documents, such as deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, and maps, to confirm ownership, identify encumbrances, and create accurate legal property descriptions.
- Support the Real Estate Services Associate in reviewing incoming title commitments, identifying any issues present.
- Ensure that all lease templates are current by collaborating with the Real Estate Paralegal, external legal teams, and internal departments to maintain effective client relationships with legal counsel.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate management, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of lease agreements, title assessments, and legal descriptions.
- Experience in personnel management, with a focus on remote teams and flexible work environments.
- Proficiency in using Pipedrive or similar CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including legal teams and land agents.
