Job description:
Responsible for initiating the mortgage process for potential clients and preparing, analyzing, and verifying mortgage loan applications for the purchase or refinance of real estate. Continuously communicates with borrowers and realtors. Keep up with mortgage loan trends and developments and is well-connected to other financial institutions, lenders, and advisors. Ensures customers and prospective customers are promptly and professionally served. Establish a mortgage pipeline.
Qualifications:
Three to five years similar or related experience.
Previous relevant experience preferred.
Strong organizational and managerial skills.
Required knowledge:
Knowledge of secondary market and experience with first and second mortgage lending.
Working knowledge of regulations affecting lending and lending products.
Knowledge of mortgage lending practices.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m..
