Your Next Opportunity
In this role as
Business Process Analyst,you will support the Production Manager in the successful development and implementation of major process improvement initiatives that align with the mission of the company set by the Senior Leadership Team.
What You’ll Do
- Review current critical processes and lead discovery through interviews with key process owners, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to understand the existing process pain points.
- Document the process improvement changes with a major focus on digital automation.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures with Process Flow Diagrams.
- Assist with proposed process improvement concepts
- Assist creating defined end to end process improvement with the buy in of all stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Work with the Learning and Development department to ensure that RREG has sufficient training classes to enforce the company’s policies, procedures, and processes.
- Ensure training materials and SOPs are current and available to employees.
- Oversee the daily maintenance, updating and validation of company operational forms.
- Assist a clearly defined compliance program to ensure the standards and policies are respected and adhered. The compliance program will encompass each department performing their own compliance verification.
- Assists Project Controls with ensuring the organization is adhering to internal policies, procedures, and processes thru the auditing process.
- Plan, organize and effectively manage projects to maximize efficiency and productivity. Sets goals and objectives, prioritize and plan work activities, identify specific action steps and resources, anticipate problems, and develop contingency plans.
- Identify problems, solve them, and show good judgment by isolating causes from symptoms, gathering information from a variety of sources, compiling information and solutions, involving others as appropriate, readily committing to action, and making decisions that reflect sound judgment in a timely manner.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
- Able to identify and choose between multiple options, work well in-group problem solving situations, understand consequences of potential decisions, and support and explain reasoning for decisions.
- Display original thinking and creativity, meet challenges with resourcefulness, generate suggestions for improving work, and effectively present ideas and information.
- Complete work in a thorough and complete manner, provide detailed information, track details at all times and maintain a sense of urgency about getting results.
- Clearly communicate established goals, using objective means to monitor progress towards those goals, offering clear, direct, and timely feedback, and provide training, direction, and support as needed.
What You Bring To Us
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3 years related experience with process, analyst work, or related experience

Working Conditions
- General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
- Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
