About This Role
Our team is responsible for ensuring that the accounts that are being sold have been sold correctly by the sales rep and include any information that is needed from the customer. We are the customer’s first point of contact with the company, so it is our job to make that first interaction a positive one that leaves the customer excited to work with us. Along with welcoming customers to Lumio, we also work to help sales reps get the tools and answers they need to be successful while selling accounts and closing deals.
Schedule
- We offer 3 shifts: 7 AM-3:30 PM, 11 AM-7:30 PM, and 1:30 PM-10 PM MST
- Must have weekend availability. Our weekend hours are Saturday 8-6 and Sunday 9-5.
Overall Responsibilities
- Take phone calls from sales reps and help them find answers to their questions
- Complete phone calls with customers upon signing to welcome them to Lumio
- Reach out to sales reps regarding missing information on accounts they sold
- Create cases and send out new loan documents when revisions are needed or requested
- Schedule and coordinate times for our techs to complete a site survey of the customer’s home prior to install
- Work with team members to find solutions to and solve new problems
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- Solar Experience preferred, but not required
- Adaptability/flexibility
- Ability to find solutions to problems
