This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.
How does an Actuarial Analyst make an impact?
- Builds actuarial assumptions and models using a variety of tools, including actuarial modeling software, data visualization applications, programming languages, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Communicates results to direct management, verbally, in writing, or in presentation form. Documents work according to actuarial standards of practice.
- Works towards actuarial designation from the Society of Actuaries.
Do you have what we’re looking for?
- May have passed 1 - 2 exams, but with computer-based testing/self-paced e-learning, some incumbents may have completed Pre-Associate (ASA) exams.
- Typically requires 2 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education, and training.
