This is a North America Global Functions role where you will primarily manage the cross-sector Global Functions host model and consolidations for NA Finance, HR, Procurement, and Ops IT. You will also support VPs and Senior Directors in NA Global Functions and Innovative Medicine Communications. During quarter closes, you will be responsible for FP&A activities such as consolidating latest thinking and actuals, intercompany, and reporting results to directors and VPs. During the planning cycles, you will be responsible for collecting budget data from across NA to build the annual host charge out model, complete system submissions, and assist with the forecasting of the Innovative Medicine Communications budget. In addition to these responsibilities, you will handle ad hoc requests from business partners and implement process improvements. Through these process improvements, you will have the opportunity to learn new systems and tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and PAX. This role will supervise one FLDP.
Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Quarter close responsibilities, including Host charge out through intercompany, LT for GF for corporate global consolidation, consolidating hedging requirements for GF, Risks and Opportunities Analysis.
- Budget forecasting and planning (Host model; working with Sector FP&A to confirm legal entity allocations, loading budgets into TM1).
- Identify opportunities to standardize and automate processes, lead or participate in key initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
- Process improvements utilizing Tableau and Alteryx.
- Knowledge of key business drivers and strategies is critical for success and will be gained from establishing close working relationships with business partners.
- This position provides the opportunity to work with senior level management within finance and the functional business partners.
- This role supervises an FLDP in the management Host/Global Consolidation and Innovative Medicines Communications budget.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably a major in Accounting or Finance or other related field.
- MBA, CPA, or CMA certificate is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of finance or related business experience is required.
- Must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc), required.
- SAP experience is also preferred.
- Must possess the ability to work independently, influence decision making, think creatively, challenge the status quo, and work across multiple teams, required.
- Must work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, required.
- Must possess the ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization, required.
- This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills, required.
- This position will be located in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 5% travel.
The base pay range for this position is $76,000 - $121,900.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
