Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead to manage and optimize marketing automation solutions for our business. In this role, you will lead technical initiatives, implement Marketing Cloud solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, a deep understanding of email automation, journey builder, and customer data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical development and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects.
- Design and optimize marketing automation processes including email, SMS, and web campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and business teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Oversee integration of Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party systems.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and automation workflows.
- Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Audience Segmentation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Work Schedule: 2-3 office days per week at Titusville, NJ.
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
