Summary:
The Leasing Manager is an onsite leader responsible for driving the property’s leasing and marketing efforts. This invaluable role collaborates with the property manager to ensure the community’s events and campaigns are targeted, creative, and aligned with the PeakMade brand. You will work closely with your team to achieve established revenue, occupancy, resident, and retention goals.

What You’ll Do:
Leasing and Operations:
- Hire, lead, and develop leasing staff.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Supervise planning and implementation of events.
- Give informative property tours to potential prospects.
- Lease and renew apartments.
- Assist with move-out and move-in events.
Digital Execution:
- Use apps like Instagram, Facebook, and Canva.
- Maintain property social media platforms.
- Create visually appealing promotional materials.
- Manage online reputation.
Sales and Marketing:
- Assist with marketing plans within budget.
- Utilize marketing techniques to impact sales.
- Maintain accurate prospect traffic data.
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of leasing off-campus student housing.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Some weekend and evening availability preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- A passion for helping college students.
