Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Florida provides programs and services for children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral, mental health, or intellectual/developmental disabilities. Based in Viera, FL, this position is responsible for the development and implementation of the client's master treatment plan, working within a multidisciplinary team to review the client's treatment and goals, and assessing progress and future needs. Behavior Analysts oversee the assessment and discharge planning process to establish goals for the reduction in challenging behavior, instruction in functionally equivalent responses, and functional communication.
Pay Range: Starts at $52,000 - $59,280 / annual (BCaBA); Starts at $60,000 - $68,400 / annual (BCBA). Salary is based on relevant education and experience.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, mental health, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or a human services field required;
- Master's degree preferred;
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst or BCaBA required; BCBA preferred.
Experience:
- 1+ years experience developing and performing behavioral assessments and evaluating individual or unit-wide programs required;
- Experience working with children and adolescent populations preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Valid Florida driver's license;
- Must commit to a two-week, paid new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday (located near the International airport in Orlando);
- Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings, including a Drug Test and TB Test.
