The Business Process Analyst II will hold a fast-paced, highly visible role as a Logistics Lean Champion within IGT’s Global Logistics team. They’ll work for the world’s largest end-to-end gaming and lottery provider, tasked with streamlining processes and spearheading lean initiatives across logistics operations. We seek strong leaders capable of fostering ongoing departmental growth towards world-class, lean practices, with a solid understanding of warehouse systems and organization.
This Business Analyst will serve as a cross-functional collaborator, engaging with various Nevada directorates, both internally and externally, to support IGT’s global customer base. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative and analytical thinking skills, along with strong leadership abilities. Joining a seasoned and impactful team, they will drive daily process enhancements, analyze performance metrics, mentor, teach, and coach Lean concepts, and execute projects aligned with the Strategic Plan.
- Work with the team to identify waste and cost savings projects.
- Participate with senior leadership and cross-functional project teams in the identification, assessment, development, and validation of process improvement opportunities.
- Focus on business performance that constantly strives to eliminate waste, improve customer satisfaction, and deliver business results via the use of Lean Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Work with the team on improvement initiatives across the organization, including parts distribution, warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and production support.
- Work with the team to develop continuous improvement models for process improvement initiatives.
- Report KPI metrics charts to measure process improvements.
- Calculate and report process improvement cost savings calculations.
- Develop/maintain detailed process and Value Stream maps.
- Ensure comprehensive organization of updated documentation of processes and methodologies.
- Lead, maintain, and contribute to Lean concepts, and teaching through an established departmental LSS program.
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, or Business.
- Professional experience in industries such as Gaming, High Tech, Electronics, or Consumer Goods.
- Strong understanding of concepts related to transportation, distribution, and warehousing.
- Relevant experience in a similar role will also be considered.
- Proficiency in using analytical and operational tools, including Power BI, Lama Soft, and Microsoft SQL.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SAP software is an advantage.
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
- Proven experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience in tracking KPIs, managing improvement projects, and reporting cost savings.
- Experience with key Lean tools, including Value Stream Mapping, A3 methodology, and Kaizen methods.
- Ability to facilitate Lean training sessions and lead Kaizen events.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,482/yr - $115,000/yr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
