Job Title: Finance Control & Reporting Sr. Supervisor - Financial Accounting
Job Description:
This position is a key member of the financial reporting team for Frito-Lay North America, with responsibilities that include managing and reconciling account activity and reporting performance results to PepsiCo. This position provides the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with numerous career growth opportunities at Frito-Lay and other divisions of PepsiCo.
Responsibilities
- Assist with period-end close procedures including preparation of journal entries and intercompany account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with PepsiCo divisions on various intercompany transactions.
- Prepare and present balance sheet reconciliations to the Controller each quarter as part of the Consolidations group review.
- Maintain internal control procedures and ensure compliance with SOX requirements for intercompany accounts.
- Develop systems and processes that reduce risk of intercompany out-of-balance, provide process efficiencies, and standardize FLNA process for intercompany transactions.
- Support external audit requests.
- Complete ad hoc projects as requested.
Compensation & Benefits:- The expected compensation range for this position is between $72,500 - $121,300.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA).
- 3+ years Public Accounting experience.
- Good time management skills, self-directed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
